      Περιγραφή
Although probably no word in any language can fully explain the meaning of Nirvana, I found a quote from the Lebanese-American writer Kahlil Gibran, which is simple and yet full of wisdom: "yes, there is a Nirvana: it is in leading your sheep to a green pasture, and in putting your child to sleep, and in writing the last line of your poem". Like writing a poem, travelling to India is a decision and never a coincidence. And with each additional visit, the experience expands and allows a deeper understanding to a demanding and fulfilling world. To explore India means to get involved in its people, heritage, conditions, emotions and spirituality. To get involved in India however means also to allow and obtain an inner sight on its own identity and personality. So, if a mother and a child share such experiences, good and bad, fulfilling and tiring, giving and taking, they indeed are stepping on the way to Nirvana, like leading a sheep to a green pasture. Like Mother India. I admire Christina and Myrsini for their strength to have ventured across India and to have endured even most difficult times. Both at the beginning of a new life chapter, they have shared together a moment in time, committed, bonded. Like Mother and Child.
