PART 1 - WARM-UP QUESTIONS: A set of questions relating to the theme of the Speaking task in 

PART 2 - SPEAKING TASK: either Help Solve a Problem, a situation in which someone has a problem and needs advice, or Making a Choice.

LISTENING PART 1: Students hear short dialogs or announcements and, to answer questions based on what they heard, choose the correct answer from one of three pictures.

LISTENING PART 2: Students hear an interview with two or more people. During the interview they hear sets of questions based on what they heard, and choose the correct answer from three options.
